Help, tried quite a few, won't load.

Russ, your avatar pic is too big of a file size.
What you can do is this....
If you are using your cell phone, take a ( screen shot ) of your pic that you want to use.
Whenever you do a screen shot, it changes the size/pixels.
Try and crop that screen shot pic and that should do it.

If memory serves, the limits are 150 pixels by 150 pixels.

try uploading your pic to the link below. set the pixel limit and then upload to avatar.
