Merry late Christmas! Took a road trip with the wife and younger hooligans to Waco to visit the mom-in-law and grown hooligans. Spent a couple days in town and it was run run run the whole time lol. I had to do some shopping at HEB while we were there to pick up a few items I can just not find where I live. Also was bummed I did not bring an ice chest along or I would have bought all 5 briskets they had in the cooler since they were 1.97/lb. Average price I pay for them is 3.49. Mostly I get them for 2.46 (but usually all that is left is select), but price hovers normally around me for 3.49/lb for select/choice and 4.99-5.99/lb for prime. Beef cheek is also a rare find for me in my area. Only one place I can buy it local to me, and it's 4 bucks/lb. I bought 3 packages totaling 16 lbs for less than 30 bucks.
