8 years later...our heart goes out to all those who lost loved ones that day and since then serving this great country.

Fly 'em high today!

The wife and I cooked at the Silver Lake Mi. Apple festival this weekend. The Festival kicked off Saturday morning with the playing of the National Anthem. I along with a few others stopped what we were doing, faced towards the music and placed our hands over our hearts. Unfortunately there were more people that didn't. It brought a tear to my eye.

I guess us O.F.s are dying off and people are forgetting the past.
