Thanks guys will make sure to choose that for future post and appreciate the fix. These were almost 4.5lb St Louis ribs. My base rub and smokes using red oak at 220-250 degrees for about 6 hours unwrapped the whole time. Finished from 175 to 195 internal degrees with honey butter glaze. They were delicious.
