Nice thread parts, jacks gran sounded pretty tough, I guess you had to be then. I don't know why but I don't have pics of my grandparents. And great looking salsa. Btw.

thanks, Bruce, and you're right about the aging process. I had some on my Breakfast Taco this morning and it was larapin good :tup:

Health sucks, but had a couple min to check in. I sure miss this place. I ended up making over 5 gal of salsa last run. I'm having a hard time finding one of my ingredients though. Trechas Salimon powder. Best I can find it now is through Amazon at about 4 times usual cost.
