How reheat a complet brisket
I guys, I make several brisket last weekend for my family and neighbors and I have a hole pice of brisket left, question is what is the best way to reheat this brisket ??? I froze it in a foil aluminio with 3 layer.

Are you saying you wrapped it in 3 layers of foil and then froze it?

Try a slow cooker. You'll lose some bark, but the brisket won't dry out.

What is the internal temp to be ready? Just 165? or Jit the 195 one more time?

I think 140 is sufficient
