Cooking Classes

Postby steph1069 » Wed Aug 03, 2011 10:27 am

I am new to this board
I found it from doing a search on google for bbq classes put on by Johnny Trigg.
My boyfriend is a huge fan of the show BBQ Pitmasters and we live in Texas. He is a huge fan of Mr. Trigg and knows he puts on classes and I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction as to where I can find out if he will be having any in Texas anytime soon.

Any information would be greatly appreciated :dgrin:

You might want to check out Red Neck Cooker in the sponsor area. He teaches BBQ classes.

The easiest way to have a career in the culinary arts is to attend different culinary classes. This will open your mind and will help you set your expectations. In addition, this will help you decide if you still want to attend formal culinary school later on.
