Gator,
Used it a steak for the 1st time last last night and it was pretty darn good. I've used it on burgers and even potatos too. I like the one with "seasoning". Not sure how many folks outside of Texas would get 'Tejas".

Yes, Texas Style Seasoning is my brand, the product is called Steak Seasoning.

I don't think you should confuse steak seasoning with anything else.

The salt content seems to be higher in steak seasonings.

I also think it would be a good idea to identify steak seasonings and rubs for what they are intended.
