New to the forum.
I love, as you do aswell, BBQ. Im from Sweden and i'm working with a website called http://www.sousvidemaskin.se
At the moment i'm working on a recipe book and was therefor wondering if anyone of you is familiar with sous vide meat for the grill? One chapter of the book is actually regarding sous vide and barbeque and i cant find any good Swedish recipes for this.
