hey Mr. Egg, just wanted to let you kneaux that I did that last batch at a much higher stirring speed (er uh heat) than I've ever tried this and it worked great for me. I'm also thinking that, if I can duplicate the color, that's what the Wiffy and I prefer. Color really got nice after a couple of leftover reheats :tup: thanks again :salut: My biggest problem is being left alone for 30 to 40 minutes while I deaux it so the oven technique is very attractive. :roll:
