After all this prime rib talk I went to Albertsons and picked up a rib roast. Do you guys have any tips for a first time prime rib cooker?

I use the high/low method, check out http://www.sucklebusters.com/Recipe_Prime_Rib.html , The great thing about prime rib is how easy it is to make..

I bet your rubs will work great on prime rib too!

I've never cooked one, but I really want to. (Karen's just not into roasts that much. :( ) A guy at another forum wrote a great piece on cooking prime rib roasts. He's nicknamed the Prime Minister 'cause he cooks 'em so often. Might be worth checkin' out.
