My friendly neighborhood UPS fella delivered a Valentine's day gift to me from the missus.

2 batches of beef jerky made so far. I like it! Slices very well and lots of power; I don't have to be super snail slow while slicing. I expected a bit less given it's smaller size, 7.5" and 130W. I'm glad to be pleasantly disappointed about that lol
