Look what we found on the side of the road today. I know that some of y'alls first impressions are "Gold Bullion" maybe "Narcotic Stash"
Well, both are wrong altho these are as good a gold IMHO.
Senor Abuelo and Senora Abuela were selling these Homemade Tamales and I jumped on a dozen each of chicken and pork. Snuck me a taste before frig'n them and I have Supper in the bag tonight - or should I say Foil.

I made 19 dozen many years back and used the Fiesta Spice Recipe - - - they turned out great but WOW what a lot of work
