How would you cook a ham steak?

Postby 88rxna » Sun Apr 02, 2017 8:54 pm

Ran across half an oinker (couldn't turn down the deal) and I have some ham steaks I'm pondering how to cook up.
Smoke em?
Oven?
Pan fry?
We're a sucker for brown sugar sooo, pan fry probably wouldn't work would it?

I like them cooked in a cast iron skillet or on my griddle with some eggs and potatoes for breakfast.

Rocket, when it comes to Pig Leg Steak, I prefer mine in some form of Grilled Ham and Chez Sammich  :salut:
