It be! The Battle of San Jacinto, fought on April 21, 1836, in present-day Harris County, Texas, was the decisive battle of the Texas Revolution. Led by General Sam Houston, the Texian Army engaged and defeated General Antonio López de Santa Anna's Mexican army in a fight that lasted just 18 minutes.

Chagrined I did not notice this earlier, way too busy. And to think he put the positioned the whole of his command with their backs to the bayous, burned their bridges behind them, waited until the warm humid middle of the day and then he and his men charged pell mell across open ground against better armed, regular troops? That takes stones; the epitome of going "all in". I think of that and things like the Rangers at Pont du Hoc, Air Cav dropping into hot landing zones, Continentals standing picket barefooted on their hats to fend off frostbite... makes me proud to be a Texan and American.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
