FROZEN PORK LOIN
Can you slow thaw a whole pork loin in the fridge, cut it, and re freeze? Wife bought one and froze the whole thing. I would like to get chops out of it and a roast.

no expert BUT I would sure think you should be able to AND you don't even have to completely defrost it - - - just enuff to let the knife thru
