Save us from ourselves!
Yesterday was relish day. Three pots were processing on the range, while these waited for processing. Lord save us from ourselves. 62 pints of Coney Island Sweet Relish. Lots off them going in Christmas stockings.

I'd be happy with a Santa that delivered goodies like that! Who needs peppermint and chocolate?

Re: Save us from ourselves!
Okie, can you please say what's in ya recipe, is it like the relish we have here, tomatoes onions vinegar sugar etc, I CAN'T make relish. I've tried fail proof recipes , always with failures. The best one I have now is made by my sons neighbour who I swap stuff with. And I know how much work you have put in there.

My pleasure. I never keep a recipe from anyone. It is fun to share. Our family goes nuts over this relish.

OS, would this recipe be acid enough so you wouldn't have to process it, if the jars were kept in the fridge?
Moink!
