On a regular day, brisket goes for 2.56/lb in my neck of the woods. Sales at times brings it to the 1.99/lb level.

rare as hen's teeth to see brisky under $2.50/lb.

Costco prime all the way. Slow cooked all night on the pellet pooper at 225, it turns out moist and flavorful. Family and friends rave about it.
