I tried to get this up before they left for Hanmer but didn't. Got a PM from him that they were loading up and heading out and there was no Wi-Fi where they would be staying so it may be a few days before he sees this. :dont:

Russ, it's a Texas tradition that on a major anniversary, the groom has to buy all his friends a pint to celebrate. Once you send us all the airfare, we'll be right down to collect.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Oh shucks guys, thanks for the thoughts, we had some French champagne last night with fillet mignon I made. Kids and grand kids came up as well. I mentioned that when we got together people didnt think we would be together for years, my wife reminded me we were given 6 months. It's been a great journey with my wife and lots of great memories of us together. Life's been good to us and our family. Thanks for the song emmett, shirl thought it was kid Lang to start with, lol. We have just unpacked.hanmer is due for snow, we were hoping to get some. Kids went to hot pools after the wee ones went to bed. Great place for a weekend away. When we are on holidays my wife and granddaughter go for a walk in the mornings. My wife says Isla is so outgoing it's not funny, she says good morning to everyone she sees, a guy was in his garden just down from us, she saw him and said good morning neighbour, lol. She is just like me, it's uncanny.
