the Bountiful Beer Can Bird

Postby OldUsedParts » Wed Jul 05, 2017 1:35 pm

The main reason I grill and love beer butted chicken is because of their great flavor and moisture, however, another reason is the many meals that they afford after you've had your first plate of that goodness. The one I did yesterday has already provided 3 dinner plates and 2 supper plates. Everything, including the carcass meat is savored and enjoyed. Even the Pusses get the ground up drum stick meat  well they are family also :dont: Today for the 3rd dinner plate I deboned 1 thigh and the rest of the skin, sauteed it with a can of Rotel and Green Chilies and made some Quesadillas. Yum Yum Oh, and there's enuff left from today to do another dinner plus lots of breast meat still in the ziplock.

Very nice. I'm not a big poultry fan (except fried) but those look mighty tasty.
