Impulse Items
I'm sure that we have all been guilty of browsing thru the store while the other 50% is having their nails done or whatever. Well, that was me this morning and during my bored state I saw some Links that I just had to have and, of course, I needed some bread/buns to wrap them in. Don't know exactly how we'll end up eating these but it can possibly include kraut, chow chow, relish, cheese, own-yawns and Gawd knows what else. Gonna be fun because I've never purchased either of these before.

I like those buns. Not cheap, but very good! The sausage looks tasty!

Re: Impulse Items
Grab a pot, put a little water in it. Grab 2 empty beer cans, I KNOW u have them.
Fill the beer cans enough that they don't ( float )
Take ur buns and lay them across the top of the cans.
Instant steamer.
Microwave works yes, but unless u eat them rather fast, the buns tend to get either hard and/or dry, just sayin.
U can laugh, but it works

Re: Impulse Items
Just mho, steamed rolls add another dimension to any hot dog.
U don't steam them long, just enough to make them even softer.
It's not for everyone

Re: Impulse Items
