But as my old mum used to say, keep it simple " stupid". That was aimed at me in a humorous way. The world of spices is amazing. I have prolly a hundred different ones, even things like tamarind and jaggery and things most people haven't heard of. Most of my odd stuff goes into Indian curries and even Thai foods. My son and his friends do ethnic nights once a month. My son always calls on me for advice. I'm just starting to learn Moroccan foods and tagines at the moment.
I just love food and the things it gives, like friends on here and all over the world.

Finally got a chance to open the can up. I can only say that I've NEVER had any Smoked Paprika that had a smell so good !
Hoping to do some Shrimp Scampi or Shrimp & Rice tomorrow so I'll give it a shot.
The taste test was phenomenal !
If i didn't know any better, it came right off the smoker two minutes ago, such a good flavor and smell.
