Postby OldUsedParts » Mon Aug 07, 2017 5:25 pm

I've been missing the great posts from Justin in Missasip, Tasso in I'taLee, Capt'n just South of me and WilliP down on the Coast along with MANY OTHERS. Maybe there is a Life other than TBBQ Forum :?: :laughing7: :D

It's funny that I logged in this morning and saw this thread. I've been lurking a little bit but not doing any posting on any of the forum's I'm on, just taking a little break and staying busy with the grandkid's. It's been a while since I have taken any pic's that it took me a minute to remember how to down load and post these pic's, old age is setting in I guess.. A couple of day's ago I smoked some pork loin's and I just vacuum packed them this morning, their great to just slice and put on cracker's while enjoying an adult beverage or what ever.. I wanted pork tenderloin but all they had at the store were pork loin roast so I just sliced them down the middle and trimmed them up a little, turned out delicious. Anyway, hope everyone is doing fine and I'll start posting up more food pic's soon. :salut:

Wow, Egghead...I'll be a new neighbor, too. That food and those boards look amazing. :chef:

How do you DO those? I like watching a certain woodworking show where the host only uses hand tools, many of them antiques.
