Every day I realize how lucky and blessed I am to have such great Friends and Family in my Life.
So today I hear a knock on the door and to my surprise a carrier had left a package at my front door. Since it was my BD, I figured it was something from my kids but to my surprise it was from Wild Bondo Bill in the PNW. Couldn't imagine what was inside but man was I pleased when I opened it. It was a cap from their Shop and 3 large bags of what we call "dusting powder" or dry breading mix. Got a PM from Wild Bill warning me to protect the Nostrils on the Cajun bag so now I can't wait to try these goodies out on some East Texas Recipes. Now I can retire my Dad's old VFW Cap to the Wall of Fame - - - - it was needing retiring anyhow.
Thanks again, Pal,
Emm

Is the Cajun what you used on that shrimp?
Nope, Sailor, I think it's more of a breading that a seasoning like I used on my Shrimps today.
However, Wild Bill, warned me that the Nostril No-No's were the same if not worse. I'm starting to visualize some long sliced Sweet Taters dusted and fried with it just for grins.
