Shiner Bock is Numero Uno w brisket. Like a good pilsner w/ pork or chicken. But if you have a wine w Brisket best choice is an old vine Zin definitely. For ribs and pork, nothing too sweet, a Sauvignon Blanc doesn't overpower the meat and cuts sharp and clean against the grain - also good for chicken.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
