For those looking for ways to evacuate or want to investigate road closures in the state.
It shows the number and specific road closures in the state of Texas....you can magnify the map for a closer look at a specific road.

These are the real time Transtar cameras set up on the various roadways around Houston and East Texas…..you can specify which highway to check….as you can see, various roads, like highway US 59 in Cleveland are completely under water and are impassable….as are I10E at Baytown.

I've pulled all my loads off the road in anywhere near that area. Just not worth it.

Yoda has to transport daughter down to TAMU Galveston before the Royal. They CLAIM to be reopening Thursday. I am skeptical- first I 45 through Houston then the Gulf Freeway (which is bad without water on it). Hmmmmm
