Lots of good eating there, handsome family, and I'm sure good times had by all. Now that is behind you you can relax a little. One question though, how did you find my suggestion of a 1/3 to 1/2 lb per person on the grub? Looks like you had quite a bit left over.

Using yesterday's crowd as a gauge, I would say 1/3 pound to be a MAX - - - and YES, we had lots of left overs. I gave all my leftovers to my youngest son and his wife and she's gonna freeze it for later and maybe even Thanksgiving. As far as doggie bags were concerned, hardly anyone (including us) wanted to take anything home :dont: We could have handled 150 to 200 people easily yesterday. Always best to have too much than not enuff

I did bring the almost full two gallons of BBQ Sauce home and I plan on getting some "smaller" quality plastic containers to divide it into and share the Hot and Spicy with my two Sons. The Original will also be shared with Friends that are "Mild Mattered". :salut:

One thing I am learning today is that you can't clean up and put up two weeks worth of Stuff in one morning. I'm on my 3 load in the washing machine and 4 load in the kitchen sink already.
