Well, WV called it. Got out there about 10:30 after having to change 2 plugs and unstick a float in 1 carb and nothing but crickets. Might have been a good thing cuz the tranny was having a few issues. I think the old girl is ready for a milder torgue converter and tail end gears. Was fun to take her out for a spin though. It's supposed to be pretty today so I may clean her her real good and go play a little before winterizing.

Beekeeper: Let's do saddle up and go learn that gentleman his manners
Davy Crockett: We won't have to. He's wearing out horses coming towards us
Beekeeper: Guess we can't stop him from coming. But I reckon we can arrange for him to limp going back

You still got the 66 :?:
66 and 7 Novas are still one of my fav GM bodies. 68 - 70 a close second. Everything went to crap after 1970...at least as far as my thinking.

No, that car was too much for what I wanted. It had a BB burning alcohol with a Lenco transmission and my plan was to put it on the streets. I ended up getting a real good offer on it before I got around to it. I love any of the Novas from 62-67, not so much after that.
