Good Grief! Up here, HEB has them on sale for $7.99 for select grade. Little too steep for me.

as big, juicy and fun as they are to cook and eat
they're just too big for us
(we're old farts. just two of us)
if we eat a roast it's just a 2# tri-tip
and for steaks we stick to good tenderloins from Sam's

I have to feed Cox's Army. 4 sons their wives and 13 grand kids. I should buy a whole beef.
