A Very Very Late Christmas Gathering

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Jan 06, 2018 7:28 pm

Had a great day today with Good Guests, Grub and Gifts. The Wiffy's sons and our future D.I.L. came up to spend the day along with our Grand Doggers and everything was awesome. Here are a few pics of our Gathering Today.

Oh, I cooked a Carver's Flat Pre-Cooked Ham and glazed it and it was Larapin, even without the bone.

  Is that crab meat-cream cheese dip with coctail sauce? Some Yankees I know introduced me to that a few years ago. I really like it. All looks great, family too. lol

Well, it is a block of cream cheese but the sauce is Fischer Wieser's Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and it is "Larapin Good". We also found that the Ritz Toasted Chips "ORIGINAL" are the best for dipping SEE PICS

I've been buying the sauce and chip's for quite awhile now. If you haven't tried it yet, try basting your pork rib's with the sauce before you take them off the pit.

Note: over the years others have bought different brands and brought them to us but none of them match up to Fischer Wiser's IMHO :dont:

thanks, S.D. and Sailor

Sailor, both sides of the Family have "grand doggers" that we love and that love us in return - - - however, after they left my cats wouldn't speak to me until this morning when their tummies started growlin :laughing7: :D
