Well, if there was anyone I would be willing to try for he would be high on the list as would my other TBBQ brothers. Just don't get insulted when I throw it back on for 3 more min per side.

It's great isn't it? I have to restrain myself from not posting it as often as I (feel) it is warranted. :D :D :D :D

Yes that it just like the one I have. I’ve actually taken and put landscaping bricks around mine to try and cut down on the air flow

I think a lot of it stems from the fact we raised our own beef as a child and most times when it became time for dinner and the steaks were cooking we were still out tending the herd. Throw it back under the broiler to warm it up, now its med to medium well. You know nobody cooks as good as Mama so that is what we were raised on. :chef: :chef: :chef:

I agree and you need to follow yer raising - - - I can remember my late F.I.L. that was a great cook but could NOT fry steak without turning it into shoe leather - - - I asked him one day why he cooked his steaks so long and well "over" done and he told me this "Back when I was growing up and first out on my own there was no refrigeration of any quality and lots of folks were getting sick and dying because of bad meat back then. So I just don't want to get sick or kill anyone."

 My Sons would sneak away from school during lunch and go to his house to eat because he was a great cook and retired at the time BUT they never ate the meat, only the awesome sides and veggies he had warmed up for them. To this day I have never been able to fry okra like he did. He was a Great Man :salut:
