Smoke rolling in Ky

Postby SmokerMike7715 » Sun Feb 18, 2018 2:17 pm

50 degree weather today and got a rack of ribs on my tiny smoker one day I’ll buy or build me a big smoker but for now I’m gonna smoke 1–3 items at a time. Justvsucks it’s so small I gotta cut my racks of ribs in half.

Anyone else smokin today? Location? And what are you smoking?

When they first went on the smoker. I was a tad bit hot but she cooled down. Smoked for 3 hours at temp ranged from 218-240 but stayed at a real steady 225 for 2.5 hours! The ole ribs are wrapped and back on for a few more hours.

Yo, Mike, have you ever used a rib rack and stood them up across your smaller grill/smoker? Sometimes I use one with my ECB and it works great.

Sailor ken

At the moment we are still tweaking it to get it exactly where we want it. So as of now the wife doesn’t want to share it.
