Thank you! I smoked that sucker for 18 total hours it was by far the best PP I have ever made. Would melt in your mouth. The bark I freaking nailed it. It was actually bark this time and not mushy seasoning. Smoking that long on the brinkman was a job that’s for sure. I’d say it’s about time to hit the shop and build a new smoker or hit the bank and order me one I really like!

I’ve smoked lots of butts at 250 grid temp. I’ve also smoked them at 300 to 350 degrees and really can’t tell the difference. Try putting one on +/- 7 hours before you want to pull at 350 and I think you will be pleased.
