You'll wonder where the Yeller went ?

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Mar 24, 2018 3:12 pm

No it's not a Pepsodent Commercial, it's about cleaning the Texas Long Leaf Pine POLLEN off of my BBQ Pits. The Pollen is brutal this year and I finally couldn't stand it any longer. Got them semi-clean and drying and next comes the Reynolds Wrap and I'll be ready for this Summer Weather in Spring. :texas:

The Pooper stays in the Shop until needed so it's escaped the water spray so far.

Pollen everywhere? About 3 weeks ago I was out the back and happened to be looking at a large tree in the park behind my home, a large gust of wind started to blow when I noticed a huge bunch of pollen get blown off the tree. I've never seen so much pollen in all my life. A huge cloud of it. I'm not sensitive to pollen but when I saw it I then understood how people have allergies to pollen. The cloud was massive. My daughter is very sensitive to pollen.

Weatherman says we should be getting a pollen cleanse this week. Hope he’s right! Seems to be heavier today than it’s been yet this spring.

My oldest Step-Son suffers every Season and when he called yesterday he was coughing, sniffing, sneezing and sounded really bad. It doesn't bother me other than being messy and all over everything but I'll sure be glad when it's over for his and others sake. :salut:

For Texans, it will be pretty much knocked out by Thursday due to the rains coming.
