Fat collection tray
I have a smoker trailer that I am putting a cutting board on, it’s a 2’ x 4’ cutting board and I want to put some sort of tray on the side of it to collect all the fat and little leftover pieces of meat that I can just slide into the tray and not be on the cutting board. Has anybody ever used one and if so where did you get it from?

Maybe hang on a stainless wet bar sink from one of the box stores. Fairly cheap and easily cleanable, plus if you put a five gallon paint pail under it, it can be a functional washing sink.

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
