Parts glad to hear you are out and good. I’m sure it was just the rotor in yer distributor cap had corroded up a bit; a few hits with a wire brush and that Doc will have yer ticker running high and smooth like a Sunday choir.

thanks, had a ruff night last night and only got about 3 hrs sleep HOWEVER, it was because of two places that they had stuck the Cardiovert pads that itched beyond relaxation and sleep - - - I hope that improves tonight Zzzzzzz

Did they not tell you to wash off where the pads were after you were cardioverted? Sorry I'm in the medical field and have a few questions: Did they not try medications first or were you too unstable to use them and went straight to electricity? I'd glad it worked out for you. Are you on a medication now or a change in the dose?

I have been on Lisinopril 10MG twice a day for some time and am still on that, however, they switched me to a different Symvastatin and replaced my Metoprolol 50MG twice a day With Amiodarone 200MG twice a day. Don't know the reason but they did not try anything but the Metoprolol and Lisinopril for several weeks prior to the Cardiovert, however, the Cardiologist told me he planned to shock me as soon as he could during my "first visit". I have a follow up with the Cardiologist on the 15th and he mentioned changing my meds again. I could not be happier with the results.

I did shower but that first night was pretty much sleepless. Got some Cortisone 10 and rubbed it in many times the nest day and haven't itched since.

Good to hear it worked. It sounds like to are allergic to the adhesive they use on the combo patches they applied to your skin. I hope the new meds work for you and it does sound like it did.
