Surely you took your waders and surf rod :dont: from the looks of that Salt, you could easily wade to the 3 sand bar where the big'uns lurk - - - BTW, you'll get no sympathy from any of us - - enjoy my friend :salut:

OH, have you booked your time on that Para-Sail :?: :D

This is so ugly there, that I‘m happy, that we go tomorrow to Gardalake in Italy. It‘s only a 3h drive for 400km, but i couldn‘t stand so much nice sea :laughing7:

Panelbeater, yer sufferin is moving me to tears, haven’t teared up this much since they shot Old Yeller.

But hey, under the category of “WHY NOT?”:

One part good rum (I am fond of Mount Gay)

One part canned coconut cream like Pepe Lopez (those mixers they sell are garbage, go vintage)

One part canned crushed pineapple w/ juice

Dump it all into yer Buffetizer machine (blender) and fill remaining space w ice. Hit the switch on high, and keep the pedal to the metal until the motor starts to smoke.

Serve in chilled glasses w a straw. You got good maraschino cherries, drain ‘em and stir some in, gives it a nice splash of color and a little unexpected twist fer the missus. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top too. Tongues will wag, and there won’t be a secret to be found in the house by mornin’.

Beats the heck out of rum and Coke and “freed” far more Cubans.

Thanks for that concoction, Boots
Going have to try that on Fathers Day.
We had a Thunder storm move in last night around 7. Lasted all night still going strong at 8am this morn. Have never experienced any thing like it. Everywhere you looked was litning. The vertical stuff was amazing. It was non stop all night and well into this morn. I watched it off our deck till about midnight, I came inside when a couple of blast stood the hair up on the back of my neck. 8)

We had dinner last night in a open restraurant . Our table was far enough under cover that we stayed somewhat dry till we got thru dinner. We where the last table to leave. We had a good time with the waiters seeings how we where the only folks left.
