I finally got enough tomatoes to make a batch of Salsa today. I'll post some pictures of the process. If you're wondering, I have another box of ripe tomatoes I've been letting turn blood red

No rush :salut: - - - I've still got 2 pts of Roasted Salsa left and it's always nice to see a new recipe and maybe do a little tweeking next time :dont:

I wound up with 12 half pints and 2 quarts. The last photo shows the better color; the group photo is darker than it actually is.
