Finally they changed his formula and no more diaper rash and screaming. No more throwing up. He is a happy baby again!

Re: Hudson 7-15-18
If it happens again, you might use my Dad's old home remedy method for dealing with suckling colts. See, after a few weeks of living on nothing but rich, pure, tasty Momma's milk, those baby horses would get a real big 'ol case of well, Monkey's Butt, for lack of a better term. It would put them all out of sorts and actually can be infectous and you gotta take care of it.
So my Dad, who was not one for panicked calls to the Vet nor a close reading of Dr. Spock's dubious treatise on raising babies, would simply motor over to the Rexall and pick up a bottle of Kaopectate. Then he would get one of those old mini Coke bottles that you used to get out of the little red vending machine by rearing up and yanking them hard out of the little slot, and after pouring the contents out for his son (me) to greedily consume, he would re-fill that little Coke bottle up with that liquid concrete called Kaopectate.
Then the two of us, with some deliberation and coordination ("Boots, I'll grab him, you do the rest!") would spring upon the little guy, and when Dad had him by the neck and the tail, I'd shove that Coke bottle in his mouth and pour it all down. Inside of 2 days, Mr. Baby Horse would be tuned up like a brand new fiddle, good as new.
Now on second thought, Hudson's too nice and brave a young man to be doctored like a young colt, scratch my method, the Doc's probably got something much better in mid.
But now later on when he's 12 and it's time to eat those peas....

BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
