While I was looking for something funny to add to Rambos cartoon, I got the definite impression on pitmasters so I leave this to you to answer. Do you trust who prepared your food based on looks? If they are skinny, heavier such a big boned, the smell of the smoke or something else?

So I was reading in my local paper about bbq in Washington and someone got best bbq. I read a readers comment on a place I’ve gone to and they make an amazing ribbon fry chip but their bbq has no smoke near the joint, not a lot of smoke to the meat, sometimes next to nothing smoke ring so I asked them where to bbq the meat? Her response was like how dare you ask? I was not impressed with it as much as the reader was that place the comment on this place.

WH rocks - I’m hooked on the cheesy eggs with raisin toast, scattered hash browns and bacon. But there is not one WH in CC. :|
