Re: BlackStone ST
I swear, Sir Ric, I can almost smell those all the way over here
Probably a dumb question but a sincere one what makes them "Street" Tacos or "Street" Corn

I’m assuming because in Mexico these places are literally right off the street side.

TwoGuys, if I may suggest something ?
If you like Cheesteaks, real Cheesesteaks not like the " so called best :Cheesteaks that are everywhere in Philly with that Nasty Chez Wiz Sauce, then one day try this.
If you have a trusty butcher which I'm sure you do, ask him or her to slice you up some Rib Eye real thin for Cheesesteaks.
Grab two chopping spatulas and chop away on that Black Stone.
If u like fried Onions and Peppers like me, sauteed them up and mix it all together with some Havarti and or Provolone or Cooper into a big ole pile and throw em on some Italian Bread or even some fresh baked Garlic Bread.
That Black Stone thrives on cooking Cheese Steaks :)
Just food for thought :)
