I was in Bee Cave,Tx, for a wedding over the weekend and our hotel was next to the Hill Country Galleria, so Sunday morning my wife and I walked over there to look around and there was a farmer's market going on. As we were look'in thing's over I saw someone selling salsa, I make my own but when I see some I've never seen before I just have to buy it and give it a try. After we got home Monday afternoon I started thinking about the salsa I had bought and wanted to try it, I remembered I had some tamales in the freezer from Prasek's that would work real nice for the taste test. So for I've only tried part of one jar and if I was out of my on salsa and I saw it some where, yes, I would buy some more.

I too am guilty! I like to try out all the random hot sauces and salsas I can find. Some are great, some I throw away after the first taste.
