Smoked a Ham

Postby TwoGuysBBQ » Fri Nov 23, 2018 11:17 pm

I had the task of smoking a ham yesterday for our thanksgiving feast. Made a simple glaze with brown sugar, cherry juice, pineapple juice and some honey mustard.
Smoked on the Weber kettle. Came out purty tasty.

The whole table was so good I forgot to take pics of the ham all sliced up :banghead:

Like the late, great rocknrolll philosopher Eddie Cochran once said, “Man, lookit there! She’s somethin else!”
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Nice looking ham rick, when I do a ham I cut the skin off and leave the fat on as much as possible. Then I score the fat then cook. Is it merican way?
