POST OAK?

Postby Michael0506 » Mon Nov 26, 2018 1:20 am

Hello all,

I hope this is the right place to post, I just finished restoring a 24x40 lonestargrillz offset smoker.

I am looking for good quality seasoned POST OAK, here in San Antonio 1/2 - maybe 1 cord! If I have to will drive my truck up to Austin! I never cooked with it but ere goos things, I'm a mesquite type of cooker!

I want a reputable seller!

Any input thanks

Michael in San Antonio

Nice restore. That's the model I've been eyeing for a bit now; 24x40. Good to see another San Antonio poster. I'm originally from S.A. and would love to go back!

Thanks for the kind words, this smoker is a tank and is a work of art! Come on back to SA, awesome place and great low cost of living here with great people! I was from New England as a teen then joined the military 1980-1988 last base was Brooks AFB here in SA! SA grew on me and have been here ever since!

Forget about finding any in Austin, I've been looking for years.
In fact, San Antonio is where I want to go look!
