Yes Sir, in the " you can't make this stuff up" category I bring you this topic. The Weather Channel is urging everyone to make sure they know which County they live in their respective state in order to recognize if their County is in a storm or Tornado path.

I will not go into politics but we have a welfare system that is so good (too good many would say) that it contributes to this. It can discourage people from being responsible and taking care of themselves. In many instances the state will provide for you in a better way than what you get from working.

Always knew what county I was in during high school. And all the neighboring countries too. Cause my County was dry and the others were all wet.
