Internet connection was kaplut this morning so I decided to kill some time making some more Jalapeno Jelly.
Think I'll figger out how to enlarge this recipe because that's a lot of work for 6 - 8oz Jars

All I need now is to taste it after it cools and see if enlarging the recipe was a good thing or not.

Impatience made me open and taste the partial jar and, if the other jars are consistent, this is the best batch that I have made. The Taste and Texture (jell firmness was perfect)
