Went downtown Oslo for a lunch today. Had a pork belly steam bun which is Braised pork belly, hoisin and elderberry glaze, kimchi, bib lettuce, chili mayonnaise.
Tasted very good. A bit spicy, which I like.
If some of you are going to Oslo sometime, this one of the restaurants to visit. It's called theatercafeen which translate to "the theater cafe". It's located next to the national theater.
It serves great food, even though there are other restaurants with Michelin stars that are even better (for snobs). You should visit this place because of the atmosphere. It opened in 1900 and still has the original art deco interior.
A copy of the original menu from 1904 hung on the wall next to our table. At that time you could have a chateaubriand for 11 cents!

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
