New member from europe
Hey guys!
My name is Alrik, im from the Netherlands and i joined this forum so i could improve my BBQ by learning from the best beef BBQ state there is... Texas!
In 30 years old, i own a 38 inch long offset smoker and building my own concrete "kamado" of the same length. I've got a wife and two kids whom are already spoiled by my BBQ meals.
I come from a country where BBQ is making baby steps but we are getting there.
