New to the forum
How’s it going everyone? My name is Antonio Cisneros I go by the nickname Buzz. I’ve been Barbecuing for 20 years. I first got into bbq when I was 17 years old at my uncles house in Laredo Texas. He was the one that showed me how to grill my first Spare rib. From there I started to learn how to smoke meats. So I have a Weber kettle, Kingsford offset smoker and I just bought a PITMAKER VAULT! Y’all can follow me on Instagram @buzzinbbq and YouTube @buzz’in bbq. I show y’all some of my recent pictures.

Welcome Buzz, nice looking pit.
Which one of this bags of charcoal works best for you? I’ve got a insulated cabinet as well and am always looking for suggestions.

For pork and chicken I mix B&B Charcoal oak briquettes with oak and apple chunks. I get a great smoke flavor. The mesquite and oak lump works better for beef.

Cool, I prefer to use lump but those briquettes look legit. I try to stay away from the blue bag if at all possible

I make an L shape with the briquettes in the basket I would say about 7 lbs worth and it will hold temp at 275-300 degrees for like 8 hours.
