Debbie and I are headed to lake Livingston this evening for some much needed down time.
Tonight is burgers.
tomorrow steak and a tater
Sunday fish fry if the perch cooperate and a low country boil with shrimp, taters, corn and sausage.
Enjoy your weekend everyone and remember those that gave all so that we can enjoy what we have.

Re: Memorial Day cooks?
Nothin too time consuming.
I made smash burgers Thursday or our son’s birthday.
Tonight was a corn dog wrapped in hamburger wrapped in bacon.
Going to our daughter and SILs tomorrow. He’s making pulled pork.
Monday I think I’m going to slice up some ribs before I throw them on the Weber. It’ll be a first for me.
